Farzetta Marc commented, "Throughout the pre-season, Nurse has shown a willingness to meticulously delineate roles at a leisurely pace, a strategy I believe to be highly judicious. This current roster of the 76ers is no longer a collection of NBA novices, nor is it the transient, makeshift basketball lineup that was once depicted by Brett Brown, the former 76ers mentor and current Spurs assistant coach. The 76ers have transitioned to an entirely different phase. Nurse has the luxury of time to ensure that his players grasp the roles he envisions for them, while also allowing them to discern what they perceive as their most suitable responsibilities within this new assembly."
Keith Pompey
