波媒：波兰税务机关怀疑足协利用合作公司开具虚假发票抵扣增值税

Since August 2022, Publicon Sport has entered into a partnership with the Polish Football Association, specializing in securing sponsors for the governing body. The venture is under the management of businessman Radosław Tadajewski. In February 2023, a brokerage agreement was inked, stipulating that the company will receive a fixed payment of 150,000 zlotys per month, along with a commission of 13% on sponsorship funds and 25% on licensing revenues, ensuring a minimum annual income exceeding 4.4 million zlotys.

In August 2026, the Warsaw-Ochota District Prosecutor's Office initiated an investigation into suspected misconduct that resulted in a minimum of 4 million zloty in financial losses for the Polish Football Association. On October 14th, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau of Poland (CBA) conducted a surprise raid on the Polish Football Association headquarters, seizing collaborative documents and the mobile phones of the association's management as evidence. The case was then transferred to the anti-corruption unit in Szczecin. Presently, the tax fraud allegations have been incorporated into the same inquiry, with a singular investigative thread now addressing both wasteful expenditures and tax-related offenses.
