该区域，占地总计2600平方米，设有两处独立更衣区，分别为一线队球员与教练团队专用，此外还设有水疗设施、战术讨论室以及弗里克的专用办公室。这一区域是在原有停车场部分区域的基础上进行改造，并通过地下空间的挖掘，有效扩大了可用空间。

Outside the home team's facilities, there are three identical dressing rooms, one of which is exclusively designated for the women's football team.
